Today I visited Flight because I needed help managing my chronic pain. I was looking for guidance on choosing the right product. Something that would help ease my pain without leaving me feeling out of it for the rest of the day. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you're boarding a first-class flight. I was warmly greeted by both the security guard and the staff. Everyone working had such a welcoming and positive vibe, and it was clear they were very knowledgeable. Erik helped me today, and he was fantastic. He took the time to go over the different products, explain how they work, and educate me on which options would best fit my needs. He also helped me avoid products that might be too strong since I'm very sensitive. I left feeling confident and comfortable with the products I chose. One of the fun perks they have snacks. They even have It's-It ice cream sandwiches! It had been 15 years since I'd had an It's-It, so it was the perfect treat on the way out. Erik truly went above and beyond. The entire experience felt like being on a first-class flight to my dream vacation. The customer service is top-tier, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. I will definitely be a returning customer!

First time stopping by this SF dispensary and the pre-roll selection was really solid. Great variety of quality cannabis pre-rolls that were easy to browse and clearly well curated. The shop itself is clean, calm, and has a great atmosphere that makes the whole experience relaxed and comfortable. Definitely glad I checked this place out.

It was opening day, and I immediately felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The excitement and positive energy were contagious. I picked up a few different treats that I’ve already noted I’ll be purchasing again on my next visit, and I’m very happy with the quality of everything I tried.
