Bought a vape, didn't even have it for a day and it just stopped working, it's not rechargeable. Waste of money. And a scam.

I was a regular customer but I wont be anymore after what happened today. After buying an e-vape I realized that the box was already open (probably used by someone else before me). In the moment I kindly asked to replace the product he refused saying " we don't accept any return". Very rude and unprofessional. SCAM!

I dont want to give them even 1 star. Because I wanted to stop smoking, I went to there try some e-cigarette liquids ( I give into smoke anyway..) So, the place is very small, and I think they have some sort of cigarettes. I asked to the guy a recommendation of a liquid. He recommended one particular brand. I bought one for 27 dollars. 2 days later, somehow I wanted to know how much is it (probably offline shops are adding more price) I thought they would sell it more expensive then the online shops, but they sell as twice as the price. Mine was cuttwood melon flavor 16.5 oz 12 dollars on websites. Can you believe it? I was feeling cheated and annoyed as soon as I realized the price. You can go there if you want to spend double price on your purchase.

VERY rude woman at register, no face mask, also didn't know the products. What a joke!!! APPRECIATION FOLLOW UP:: Thanks, Cigarette City., Because of your, RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND A " I DON'T GIVE A CARE ATTITUDE" by the woman on duty. I was able to find a cheaper, decent service store to spend my approximate $130 a month on tobacco products.. I'm sure they will appreciate my business.,, WAY TO GO!!! 🙋🙋

$45 for a vape when they usually sell them for 25 and other places
