Emma was fantastic as always. My only complaint is they seem to be understaffed. They aren’t self service so you have to wait and Emma was the only one on the floor waiting on a particularly needy client. The owner and another staff member were in back discussing their weekends and Emma said doing inventory so couldn’t assist me. So I waited 10 minutes for her to free up. Not for nothing, if you own the place customers come first. I just needed a quick 2 minute transaction for my GDP.

The people here really make the experience. The prices are great, for sure. Most affordable club in the city. But it's the staff for me. They aren't just helpful; they really make you feel welcome. Go here.

I've been a customer since they opened their Geary St. location and have had nothing but positive experiences with customer service and the products they sell. You can find daily deals and earn loyalty points with frequent purchases. They also offer a house-brand of flower in 8ths and 1/2-ounce sizes for $8-$32. It is my go-to spot for CBD & THC pills, syrup tinctures, Uncle Arnie sodas, St. Ides shots, Presidential Moonrock Blunts, and Eighth Brother pre-ground and disposable vapes. They also carry bongs, pipes, and Cookies Merch, and their prices suit any budget.
