This place is simply the best! Easy location for getting what you need on the go. The owner is a really awesome dude, which is really a nice relief from the typical smoke shop owner, he's not all about making money! He actually cares about getting his customers a product that they'll love. Staff are very knowledgeable, which makes the selection process easy. But when a problem occurs, they'll do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied with choosing them. No smoke shops do that anymore! With a quality selection this large usually you'd see the place super packed full of glass where you can't see many products until they pull it from deep behind other ones and usually are VERY dusty...not here, at Twilight Zone it is VERY clean and greatly organized feeling! With all that, and the helpful staff standing by (underneath all the awesome 80's blacklight posters), I say that this place is the best head shop around.. and that's saying a lot because I've been a glass collector/connoisseur since 2007! Thank you Twilight Zone!

Very poor experience. I Purchased a Pax Plus as a gift and needed to return it 1 week later (unopened, new in the box, with a receipt) because the recipient already had one. They wouldn’t accept the return. Didn’t offer any alternative. Took my phone number and said they would call me back to try find a resolution. Never did. Waste of time and energy trying to support a local business. Buy online and save yourself money and get more peace of mind.

This smoke shop has it all. I've been walking by it for years without taking a look inside and I'm glad I decided to take a peak. The prices are very fair, cheaper than some of the other stores around. The employee inside was very nice and helped us answer some questions & was able to recommend me a product I had not considered but ended up saving me a lot of money.

So I went and spent about $200 on a bong and a titanium now I also bought other miscellaneous items the guy who was working there had long hair that was kind of orange Gray. He looked annoyed the whole time he was dealin with is. I felt offended because it seemed he didn't like me because I was gay. All in all the bong broke as we heated it up the first time and he said no return or exchange . Poor poor service i was robbed of 200 dollors
