Sold a vape which didn’t work and refused to replace it despite the near immediate attempt at return and proof of purchase. Poor service, wouldn’t recommend, particularly when there are better smoke shops nearby. Update: I have upgraded the review bc I went back later and another staff member was lovely, apologised and was happy to replace the vape.
