Love Urbana! Whenever I’m in the area and need a little pick me up- this is where I’m going for quality service, quality selections, and a banger lounge to hang in. Definitely recommend it!

One of the budtenders was so kind and helpful. She gave her honest opinions and recommendations. However there was one staff member with long black hair that was making me extremely uncomfortable the way she watched me while I gathered my selection. She asked me 2× if I needed help as I selected an item, stepped back, and continued to stare. She was adamant about keeping an eye on each of the items I picked so I placed it on the counter so I could continue to shop with ease. Then she left me alone. I would much rather have the tender grab my items if that's how treatment will be conducted. -It's not a great concept for an open layout to be offered if you can't provide some distance. It was a very uncomfortable surveillance, I felt she was profiling and discriminating. I most likely will not be returning due to this experience. With so many dispensaries to support it's not worth it to subject myself to that type of behavior. My visit was 10/30/25 around 8:30 pm Security was even friendly with an attentive demeanor without hovering while I shopped. Thank you to the nice lady budtender that checked us in and provided recommendations. Thank you to the security and gentlemen that checked us out. Even the lounge attendant was way chill. It's unfortunate that the one worker conducted herself in such an ill way.

Excellent experience, excellent customer service and great selection. Came in for some sativa concentrate and left with a new brand Im excited to try. I also got to try THE CLAW and I’m coming back to hang out in the lounge for sure!
