I bought a Vanessa pen here. I asked the guy when I bought it, if I cold get new filters there and he said yeah. Well one of the pieces it came with broke and the other leaked, so I came to buy a new one and the woman at the desk said they don't even carry them. Talk about a scam. So now I either have to research and drive around looking for new filters, spend MORE money getting a new one, or I just live with knowing I wasted money from this horrible place.

3 times overcharged me by $10 exactly. When you call them back to tell them they blame you and won't fix it. This is the only place I can get the brand of vape juice I use though so have to keep going back😭 And it's not the regular employees doingg it. It's the owner or manager whichever one it's the boss that's all I know

Menthol cigarettes are now 150$ a box. I mean theyre illegal in san jose now but they’ve continued to sell, but raising 50$+ just gonna make people leave, and leave reviews like this.
