I wanted to try this smoke shop since it's close to my house, but my first visit wasn’t what I expected. The employee was on her phone the whole time and made me feel rushed, even though I wasn't in the store for more than 2 minutes. I bought a Swisher Sweet Thin and an 8-pack of mini Zig-Zag cones. The Swisher had $1.25 printed right on it, and mini Zig-Zags are usually around $1.50-$2. I've bought this exact combo at other shops for just a few dollars. Here, I was charged $11. Being rushed is one thing, but being overcharged that badly for basic items is another. I was hoping this would become my new local spot, but after this experience, don't think I'll be back.

The customer service here is A-1 They are always kind, courteous, inviting, most of all honorable. There was a situation one day, where I gave them too much money, and I hadn't realized, when about to walk out, they stopped me and told me I gave them too much money, then passed me back my money. Their products are always fresh and prices are fair. The shop is neat and clean. I definitely recommend this smoke shop.
