I bought a "water pipe" not even 12 hours ago and now I need a replacement for a defective product. The dude behind the counter last night (06/13/2026 @ 09:17PM) sold me a Diamond Glass GOLD "water pipe" for a good price. When I picked it up this morning, the neck SNAPPED clean in half (as seen in pic). There is NO WAY that a Diamond Glass brand "water pipe" breaks that easily, I've known their line of products for years. I need your shop to help me with this one (I'd prefer a replacement) because I came to your company looking for a quality solution to a problem, and your shop ended up selling me another problem. Please help me fix this, I'll give 5 STARS and I can return as a happy customer.

Bought a brand new vector torch that spring butane out from the bottom..also caught fire on both ends of the torch. Went to go return it or exchange it.. what was immediately told it's our problem..not going to waste money at shops that can't take back faulty products they're selling..

We had gone to the shop to buy hookah and were pleased with the selection that was offered and also the accessories that we will need to make our experiences better. I had an old hookah which wasn't functioning properly as it was in the right size but Alex helped us choose the right one for our group and experience was so so much better than our previous hookah. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for hookah to visit the shop and get everything you need under one roof

Unbelievably awesome!! I had bought a $50 item that my husband didn’t end up using (he passed). It had been months, I couldn’t bring myself to even try for a refund. I did tonite & was hoping for maybe a store credit..he was sooo kind: I got back cash with heartfelt apologies. That is RARE
