Phenomenal service. Anyone who disagrees has a bad attitude. Tony & his family are a local treasure. SLO bev is a staple. Now with a Cigar Accessory store next door that’s CLEAN & Friendly. The integrity that’s offered here is unmatched, our town needs more honest people like those here. I hope you stay in business for years and years to come.

Employee was friendly and helped us the best she could. She just didn’t have the knowledge base to help us make a choice for accessories to start rolling our own cigarillos.

Denied service due “age” even tho there was a 14 year old working there and ID is valid. birthday is less than a month and most products are 18+ due to not being tobacco related. Every other shop allows theses purchase never had a problem till now and was rude.

Nice place, nice price. Lot of choice and some tester package is always handy while travelling. Keep going.

I found that the tom boyish female employ was super rude and condensending to my homeless freind. She told him that she hopes he stays homeless and cold forever. Another time I was in the shop and she started insulting me because I forgot my change and went back to retrieve my dollar change and she just went off on me calling names and continued berating. Me all the way out the door. Needless to say my friends and I refuse to use there services ubtill she no longer works there.. Although the owner is a really nice man and knows how to treat paying customers unlike the bi polar female employ!
