No price tags so they can arbitrarily charge whatever they want when you get to the cashier. I buy rolling papers all the time. The Mrs went in to get some for me. Overcharged us last night, and when the Mrs. went back to show them clerk and boss said "we'll put it back on your card". She paid cash. They then refused to refund the difference. $4 for one pack of rolling papers? I went to amazon and bought a whole case for $19. No more visits from us.

I've learned from first-hand experience that these people do not stand behind their products. I purchased two items from the store that did not work I brought them back the next day the owner was there and he told me that they don't have any type of warranties on those products and that there was nothing they could do about it so that's $20 out of my pocket that I won't get back. not cool

Tobacco Castle very clean. George is always kind and patient when I'm digging through my wallet for change. They have a decent inventory of glass water pipes. They used to carry vape products but no longer do. I have made a few returns on unused purchases here before, and they were always very happy to refund me my money and help me find the right product that I was looking for.

Most variety for everything smoke shop. I go in weekly to be introduced to new things and George the owner is very knowledgeable and super kind. I won't shop anywhere else!!! P.S. on Christmas day I won a brand new television in a drawing, this shop, all its employees are amazing. Above and beyond to keep their customers happy.

Great shop with great prices. George is super helpful, friendly and generous - his nickname should be Generous George. They have the best vape product selection I have found in the area. Can't recommend TC enough!
