I’ve been going to this vape shop mostly because it’s right outside my neighborhood, so it’s the easiest option when I need something quick. But if I had more choices, I’d definitely shop somewhere else. Their prices are way higher than other vape stores that actually charge a reasonable price, so no wonder their shelves are always fully stocked—people aren’t exactly lining up. On top of that, the energy in there doesn’t help. The guy who works there, well, he doesn’t come across as enthusiastic. Honestly, it rubs me the wrong way—it sometimes feels like he’s either just not into it or maybe even a bit rude. I get that vibe, and it’s not the most welcoming experience. In the end, I’m just hoping they rethink their approach, because if other customers are feeling the same way, I don’t see this place keeping a loyal crowd for long. But hey in the end I don’t want to be completely negative I have much gratitude that they are really close to me so I can always go when I’m in need , just hope this review only adds to the improvement of the shop rather than try and bring it down So with that said here is a list of things that can completely change this place for the purpose of becoming everyone’s top vape shop to consume products from -First off, the pricing could definitely use a little adjustment. Offering more competitive prices would really make a difference. -Also, a bit of enthusiasm and friendliness from the staff can go a long way. You know, just creating a welcoming vibe that makes customers want to come back. And really, that’s pretty much it. Keep those basics in check, and you’ve got a spot people will want to return to. Blue Haze is probably one of the best smoke shops I’ve been too. Great selection, and the staff are amazing & knowledgable! Brandon is always super helpful.

I had a great experience at Blue Haze. Lauren was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She was upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help me figure out exactly what kind of vape I wanted. What I appreciated most was that she didn't rush me or just point me to the most expensive option. She took the time to explain the differences between devices, flavors, and features, and really helped me narrow down what fit my preferences.
