Good selection friendly, knowledgeable, & and very helpful staff (would answer my questions about stuff without making me feel like an idiot for asking questions like "what's that for"), & they did a great job helping find gift after letting them know what the person and buying for his into. Open most holidays was able to go there on Christmas Day and New Year's Day for last-minute gifts or whatever you need for that evening. The only downside is a parking lot and the residence that I guess live or camp in and next to the parking lot and the area is not the greatest. But it's Santa Ana for the most part pretty harmless and close to the freeway.
