I’ve been a long-time supporter of this business and personally know the owners. I wanted to share my experience to clear up some misunderstandings from a recent review. The “Customers Only” parking policy is clearly marked with a sign at the entrance, and on top of that, employees kindly remind drivers in case they miss it. The owners don’t have to do this—they could just let unauthorized cars get towed—but they go out of their way to give people a fair warning. Unfortunately, some non-customers who park here have left behind a mess, including litter, vomit, and other things that employees then have to clean up. They even urinate in the back and seeing the photos of that was honestly shocking. This is a hardworking, minority-owned small business that truly cares about its customers and community. Instead of being upset about the employee doing their job, I hope we can all support and be understanding.
