City Rock Smoke Shop is absolutely one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever visited. The store is always very clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. What really stands out is the staff they are extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They take their time to answer questions and make sure you get exactly what you need. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. EDIT: Reply to the owner below: it has not been two weeks. Nov 9th is within 2 weeks. And the package clearly show it was just opened and has not been used. But even then, the date shouldn’t matter when the product itself was sold defected. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I bought a $30 elf bar from them. When I opened the package, the vape liquid had leaked everywhere. The old man at the store refused to give me a new one when he sold me a defected product! So shop at your own risk; if you buy a defected product, you’re out of luck as they won’t do anything.

Came in looking for a Dynavap since they are the only shop in the area that carries them. The cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. Am thankfully for her product knowledge since I almost bought a torch but she notified me that the kit came with a torch. Not only did I get what I wanted but they sold it cheaper than the online price. Got two receipts for my split transaction, very thorough.

.....YO CAM IS THE MAN....he'll give you his shirt on his back, if that would help you. This is my GO TO STORE, they got the BEST prices. The staff is great. Never felt rushed. Always treated me like a friend, then a customer. THE ONLY STORE IN THE BAY AREA, WHERE THEY ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT.... HONEST PEOPLE!
