Had a very unfortunate experience this week. I’m new to vaping and wanted a refillable device, I walked in and the lady upfront very confidently gave me some options to choose from. I picked my 60 dollar option paid with cash and walked out the store happy as ever, just to find out the product that she gave me wasn’t even what I was looking for. I was given a dab rig and went back inside about 10 minutes later asking for a refund, she said she “didn’t have any available refunds right now” I was then told I could either spend 30 dollars more on the product I wanted or nothing else could be done, I paid the difference and walked out questioning how the hell there wasn’t an available refund for a product I bought ten minutes ago with CASH

Rick is awesome! He has an extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and welcoming. I always enjoy his hospitality. I highly recommend his shop not only because it is resourceful but you will get his expert advice for free.

I don't really write reviews that unless a place deserves a great review or a low review. However, this place absolutely deserves a high rank review. First time and definitely wont be my last. First, owner knows how to treat a customer and how to provide customer service. Something I personally hold at a highest level. The owner not only knows his products but will go beyond to ensure your happy. I came in with several questions and without hesitation he provided answers. Made me feel at home.. I told ya I'm coming back for a new vape device so Ill see you soon.

Been here a few times now and the workers always seem to have positive, uplifting attitudes. The prices are also pretty reasonable too. I know I will continue to be a repeat customer here. ***** All the way.

Recently stopped in and so glad i did! Sarah was working and was so kind and helpful. I didnt really know what i wanted when i went in and she was quick to ask questions and help me figure out exactly what i needed! 10/10 will being coming back in!
