An excellent shop with a proper humidor room! The cigars are always in perfect condition—never dried out. There is a wide selection of both Cuban and non-Cuban brands, offering everything from classics to interesting new releases. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. I definitely recommend it!

In my 40 years of cigar lifestyle and etiquette in customer service, this shop has none. I have been to this shop over the course of 5 years and my recent and last purchase will be due to a small in stature and intellect hipster man boy who doesn’t know the first thing about customer service and was extremely rude. I now work in the cigar industry and can tell you as a cigar lounge manager I would not give this shop the time of day until they clean up their act. Or find a new store clerk. Preferably one with manners and knowledge of cigars and customer service! Avoid at all costs.
