They gave me a faulty elf bar and they have always let me return it if it was faulty. THE OWNER IS TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE BUSINESS WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER GOTTEN. He deserves to lose customers. Im pretty sure the guy who works here does NOT want my business because every time I come into this store, he fixates on me and what I need and goes out of his way to be UNHELPFUL. He apparently doesnt have what I need, until I happen to see it and point it out myself, and is pretty blatantly aggressive and hostile when met with questions. There are two smoke shops in walking distance of this one, pick either of those every time.
