I honestly L-O-V-E this place! They have great hours, a massive selection & really good, fair prices for everything tobacco/smoke related! They're always very polite and will even special order things for you, if need be. Santa Cruz is continously running out of these mom & pop smoke shops as the anti-tobacco/anti-fun and really just anti-feeedom nanny-state lefties take over. As such, stores like these are unfortunately becoming a quickly-dying breed. Between being insanely overtaxed/regulated to just outright & unfairly denied permits for arbitrary and often fake to nonexistent reasons, there just aren't many smoke shops left here. And what's worse, they may not be here for very long, either. Particularly with even more stupid, unnecessary and sweeping bans/regulations coming next year to the county. If you support freedom please make sure to give these guys your business! They're truly awesome in addition to having a huge selection at super fair prices and really convenient hours! (They're open 7 days a week, 8am to 7:30pm)

Went in to buy a vape box for carts. Very difficult to understand what the guy behind the counter was saying. Showed him what I had, asked if he had anything like it. "Just disposables" I saw vape boxes for carts that were reusable. Guess they don't want my business. Thanks

Came by after work at 7:26 to buy something and they were already closed despite their hours saying they didnt close until 7:30pm.

Good variety of stuff. I went in to get my usual pack of vibes and Just this kid behind the counter with long hair Was hating on the fact that I was buying vibes instead of raws. And explained why he didn't like it. I thought it was funny but he was serious Some people just need to lighten up these days... So I give 3 out of 5 stars because great prices But horrible quality customer service.

The people here are pretty dang cool. Best lighter selection in Santa Cruz county, exceptional selection of glassware and a high quality selection of cigars. They have another store on the west side which has even more lighters, but it's unfortunately lacking cigars completely.
