They should have a zero star rating. These guys deserve it. I bought a lighter along with cigs and a chillum. I'd say I've spent a good amount of money in the six months I've lived nearby. A week ago I got a lighter that didn't work. You shouldn't have to strike a Bic lighter 5-10 times. I brought it back whil I bought other things. I was given another lighter, no problem. That lighter stopped working within five minutes. I brought it back the next day and bought something else. I asked to exchange the new lighter which was obviously not working. The wheel just spun around and wouldn't light at all. This time the rude "Blonde Lady," that others have complained about, was there. She checked then new lighter and was surprised how broken it was. What does she do? Gives me back the first lighter I returned. She grabbed it from under the counter where the lighters aren't kept so her act was deliberate. It was definetely the same lighter I returned the first time. How many complaints will it take until she's fired? They've lost my business, and all of my friends. I've even stopped customers that I didn't know from going inside. I just told them you'll get ripped off in there. They dont hesitate, thank me for the information and leave.

People who gave negative reviews about this shop are not telling the truth. They have great price. When you pay cash to them u get a really good deal and they will sell to u. I couldn't find my favorite aloe mango melon ice due to the new california law, but I can get it there. The products is good. They do not displayed out front. But just talk to the employee, they will help you. Pay cash u will get a good price.They have everything there and they are all real. But you have to ask for it.
