Dirt store with dishonest employees. I purchased a chillum from this store today. I was really focused on a certain part of the design of the piece and barely sprayed the bowl of the pice a glance. The shop owner definitely saw that the bowl was damaged as his slip of coment that the piece had a "nice" bowl. That's the most warning dirt will give you when your about to do something dangerous. Like smoke out of a hand made pipe that's cracked. This cracked in the kiln. You can tell by looking at it. He didn't bother to package it and that's where he set me up to get home discover the crack and potentially stupidly blame myself. I know better. This could explode in my face and put glass in my eyes.

I’ve been to this smoke shop a few times and have had different staff help me each time. Every single time, the staff members have been polite, helpful, and very pleasant. The store was well stocked, and it was easy to park and get in and out. I recommend the Santa Rosa puff puff passand will be going back again.

Overpriced rug bizzare managed by people who believe the customers are evil. (Edit of initial one star review) So, time along with the younger generation have taken the rains of progress and turned this place into something more resembling a head shop as it should be. Still pretty overpriced: 20 bucks for everything to start. Going to round this up to about a four on paper, but it's good for a three and a half. Only because inventory has expanded and staff has become more attuned to the clientele in the form of young hip and out of control. So there you go. Don't say I'm so terrible that I can't revise when necessary. Good luck to you, gentlemen. I'm sure you'll do fine, but there's room for improvement.
