Reason for visiting: pick up cigars with my dad Date/time of visit: Friday afternoon, ~11:30 AM Parking: free in the adjacent lot, shared with other businesses. There's also street parking and the Guy Kaku has valet in case it's out of hand. Party size: 2 Environment/ambience: under new management. We were the only ones in there at this time. There's a humidor and couches for lounging. The owner is great; seems like a great guy, very friendly and accommodating. There's another girl that works the register and she's nice too. This will be our regular cigar shop going forward. Service: great service, especially since it's slow due to COVID-19 most likely. Food: N/A Cost: prices are not too bad, compared with smoke shops and other small places that sell cigars (come to find out those places are way overpriced compared to cigar shops). My dad and I aren't cigar afficinados so we're satisfied with cigars that aren't too expensive (~$10-$15/each). We walked out spending ~$120 for 7 cigars, torch lighter, and torch lighter refill. They also sell expensive cigars; I night a couple Davidoffs for $120 and $110 each.

They sold me stale fake Cuban cigar for $35 - I told them it was probably fake and the cashier swore up and down and made ridiculous claims. She looked stressed and I don’t try to make cigars a habit so I thought I’d try it . . . well I just tried it and it was stale and honestly I don’t blame the cashier but whichever jerk runs this place and demands their employees resort to telling a first time customer they have Cuban’s 🤣 Again it’s obviously the owners selfish, cheap and lazy thinking that pulls this kind of “business” If you go here don’t buy into the “salesmanship” unless like me you have some pity for the employee. Or just know what you want to get lol Thanks Cigar house! Oh and it looks like I’m not the first review to make similar claims. And looks like I’ll leave this same review on your other listings : )

I absolutely love this place. Adwani is truly a wonderful guy. Always Very nice to me when I visit. I learn something from him every time i go in. His reccomends always fit my palette perfectly. All the girls that work there know their cigars too. My favorite lounge to visit.

Good ambience and the guy working there, Vic, is insanely knowledgeable about cigars. In addition, with the number of stores they own, they can get you what you want whether it be cigars or accessories.
