I went in to see the amazing Glass, but ended up finding a great Kershaw knife with the D2 blade. I'm Lovin it. I've never owned a High Quality knife and this thing blows my Big 5 "Kershaw"(product of China) away. There's Nothin like American Steel. Great Customer service from Tigran and great Pricing. I've been in here a few times since I live on the block. Tigran has helped me before and is super nice. Other times I have had odd interactions, not exactly friendly. Last night at 8pm, I got a massage from the new business right next door and despite the lady doing an amazing job - my hour long experience was absolutely ruined by the blasting bass coming thru the wall from the music blasting in your store. It was insane how loud it was, like party level loud which is not necessary for a "store front business". Thanks for ruining my $100/hr massage experience! I am sure you guys are causing her to only have 1 time customers due to this. Please be considerate of other small businesses trying to make it - you guys are definitely impacting the tranquil environment next door. It's not fair to that business owner.

Yesterday morning we were driving on Ventura blvd and we happened to see the Puff Plug Smoke Shop. I remembered that we recently broke our glass stem. We stopped and went inside. I did not catch the guys name but he was so nice and helpful. The price for the stem, bowl, and clip to help keep it together was so much less than I expected. I also compared prices from a different shop and this place had better prices.

Scammers. Was a regular and brought a good amount of people here but never returning. I go in on 4/20 and get 2 cans of spraypaint and after i tapped my card i noticed they were 30$. The clerk that night that i had never seen before told me it was accurate. When i got my reciept i noticed he charged me for something completely different then what i bought. Then he tells me if i want a refund im gonna have to tap my card again and charge myself another 30$ and hell give me the difference in cash. When i explained that made no sense and im gonna just do a chargeback he gave me a cash refund like he couldve the entire time. All that aside. The prices here always felt inconsistent depending on whos working that night.
