I hesitated at first to buy from this place as it had not gotten many good reviews on yelp and even suggested the store may not be open anymore, which did make me nervous since I ordered from their website...Clearly it's open, and the site is legit and I had no issues with my money. I ordered a dab pen, and got exactly what I wanted. The only reason I am giving four stars is due to a lack of a phone number to call, and when I had wrote an email to the company asking when my order would be shipped I never got any replies (wrote 2x). However I did discover later on their site that the payment process can take up to 5 business days, and when it's being shipped that it can take an additional few days, but once the ball got rolling it got here super fast and with NO issues. Packaging was excellent, product was excellent. Overall very happy, will most likely buy from their site again.

I ordered 2 vape batteries. They arrived in 3 days as promised. One was dead on arrival. GV quickly responded, sent out a replacement and has one satisfied customer.

Ordered two batteries this morning. I entered my shipping and billing info backwards so my card was declined. HOWEVER, the amount owed is missing from my card due to it being a pending transaction. Never had this happen before. Card declined but the funds are tied up. It seems to me it would take less time to do that than write a response to my review.

I recently made a purchase online at their website. Had a hiccup when ordering and accidentally placed two orders back to back. Thought for sure I would end up with an extra item that I did not need. I emailed Customer Support and they responded quickly and cancelled my duplicated order and refunded the second charge. Was so pleased how easily this was rectified. My order arrived sooner than anticipated and it was exactly what I needed. Will buy from them again!
