I've been coming to this shop since they opened nearly 15 years ago. The quality and the price are unbeatable.( anyone who's ever bummed one says: "This is the smoothest cigarette ever") I can truly taste the difference between these and store-bought (and I can't go back) The customer service is also unmatched. (seriously) I've been thinking about retiring and sailing around the world and honestly, this is one part of that plan that i'm not sure how to manage..... They are that integral...go figure! ( Would you be willing to ship to the Mediterranean and beyond?) Ha! Thank you for all the years of excellent service, matched with an excellent product.

Love this place. If you have an extra 5 mins you should get your cigarettes here! Prices can't be beat, no harsh chemicals and very friendly staff. You do have to wait to roll them (each carton takes about 7 minutes) but other than that I don't buy my cigarettes anywhere else. Totally worth it!

awesome deal for me. very friendly staff, will be going back again soon. EDIT: (9/16/21) Well, here we are a couple years later, I no longer visit this store. I went in the last time months ago and ask a simple question and the little blonde lady that runs the place told me she didn't want to deal with me anymore.. so I quit going. What I asked is if the price had increased and she went NUTS. If you can't talk to people reasonably you shouldn't deal with the public. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Very disappointing. I went 3 weeks ago and this time I paid over $50 for 1 carton. In addition, because I had menthol, when when it came time to put the tobacco in the machine and they weighed low, or loose. I have smoked a few and they burn up in 4 puffs. Never been so frustrated over a carton of cigarettes!

Where else can you get 200 cigs for under $40 bucks? No where! This place has high quality loose tobacco and papers with filters then you go a couple doors down where these huge machines roll all the cigs for you in a matter of minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I just wish they had a location closer but I will continue to drive 30 mins because it is well worth it!
