I hate to put this out there but the last time I visited this place - every time I’ve visited this place - the service has been lackluster to say the least. the one guy is downright surly and he’s like a jaded toddler selling tobacco he doesn’t himself ingest (which he told me after inquiring as to the quality of a certain brand) which is all fine and dandy but in a world where I could order, my lighters, my tobacco, my overpriced paraphernalia online customer service places a decisive role in whether or not I’ll ever go back and continue to support cigar palace. I choose to support local business thatre actually nice to locals. You’re selection was good but I can’t abide by the treatment I get as a customer there. if it’s not being treated like a criminal, or a lunatic as soon as I enter the door then I’m being grimaced at by said jaded toddler with long flowing locks who hates to have to answer questions or grab merchandise behind the counter. Like trump says he really should smile more.

This is a great store. Friendly and quick service. Cheapest prices in town for cigarettes that I've found. Cheapest prices for most everything.

Now that Cigar Palace is one of the very LAST down home Nostalgic hole in the wall places left. Not to mention you got all the hoo haa's to boot. Good job guys
