(May 2026) Just an update: Nassar's a great guy! Always a pleasure doing business with him. I live locally and had the privilege of visiting in-person. He was extremely nice and offered to show me around a bit. Their stainless steel hookahs are very high quality, thanks!

They sent products with broken seals ( some of them) and there’s leak, some product looks like fake, they just open the plastic cap and put another tobacco in it, I asked no answer, first and last time buying from here

Good product (z70) but WORST customer service! Would never buy from these guys again! Spend your money elsewhere! Buy another glass hookah or buy a zaharah hookah from your local smoke shop. First off hookah shipped with missing bowl and incorrect color of hose. Was later told that they would ship the correct color hose and ship the bowl the following week. I received the package and and it was now missing the promised color hose. I was then told that they no longer have the clear hose so they will not be sending it. I then purchased a hose adapter back in June 30 with priority shipping but never received that package - I checked the tracking code they sent and it stated that its in preshipping (It is now August and its still marked as preshipping) I have not received a response to my request for a refund since July 13th.

As soon as I clicked Pay the website errored out and said shipping cost has changed and it got $8+ expensive. Lol. I didn't do it again. Seemed like a scam.

I had to leave 5 stars for how well the customer service was I ordered something on the online store and had a hiccup with verifying my identity but the worker who answered the phone and the manager fix that problem and help me out with out any delays, super fast
