It is a great mom and pop smoke shop. The owners are very kind and helpful. They have everything you can imagine ! 95% of the time it is in stock and this is one of my go to place when I’m in Sherman oaks / studio city area. I love that they separate all tobacco products that need to be humidified in the custom room with the humidifier and nice seal. They have candles , pipes , vapes, water pipes , sodas , all types of lighters and so much more. I grabbed some ocbs , a few mini bbq lighters , and a candle . 👍

Great location and the store manager is always super nice

In my experience, the products have always been good, but the way the employee treated me was not right. This is not the first time I have felt somewhat attacked by her way of referring to me. When I presented my international identification, she said she didn't understand Spanish, but it seems that it says my year here. She had previously said something similar to me. I feel that the way she expresses herself towards immigrant customers is not the best. This is the third time I have felt a kind of racism.

Great experience, friendly customer service definitely would recommend to anyone in the area prices are on point and the good thing is that they are open super early so this is a spot to go to.
