Adam is super nice as well as the other young man who usually is there working alongside Adam. If you are a newbie and have questions, don’t worry, Adam is super friendly, understanding, and never makes you feel rushed. This place is top notch, pristine, and all around a great vibe… Check em out!

The attitude here is unbelievable. The employees act like they’re the ones paying for what you’re buying. The two young guys working seemed annoyed that customers even walked in. Customer service is a big part of any business, and this place clearly doesn’t care about it. There are plenty of smoke shops in the area—save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually appreciates customers.

This is the best vape shop in LA. Period. I’ve been a customer for many years and the staff is the most knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced. Plus, you can trust them! You’ll never go home with the wrong thing, (but if you do they’ll exchange it np) and the products they sell are safe and proper quality. I moved away from the valley 2 years ago, and I still make the long drive up to see them every time I run out of juice or pods. I tried to find a closer store a couple times, but they all suck compared to Studio City. Staff who can’t answer basic questions, poor selection, cheaply made products from shady companies, & massive markups set by people who are clearly in business to exploit whoever they can for quick cash. Sadly, shops like that are extremely common, but Studio City Vapor is the complete opposite! Can’t recommend them enough!! Which is why it breaks my heart to hear they’re temporarily closed. I was afraid Covid might’ve hurt their business, but they’ve stayed open! Until now… Hope all is well Studio City Vapor! Looking forward to seeing you soon! (of course this is the week my Novo broke…) *2025 Update:* Not only is Studio City Vapor & Smoke Shop still going strong but they've extended their hours!! Open till Midnight Mon-Sat! We went there just last night! They've expanded their gummies and drinks selection too and I'm always finding a another cool craft soda to bring home. Still a 5/5 shop, better than ever 👍
