I am rather new to cigars and was hoping someone could start me off on the right path. Jon there was super knowledgeable and walked me through the process. From getting a humidor, to going through all of the brands. Explained the flavors, the regions, the different companies, history, etc. He has serious knowledge and was more than happy to help and was just a cool guy in general. I highly recommend this place and know I will be going there for many years to come.

Was only gonna grab a couple of cigars, but salesman kept saying “buy one get one on me” so I grabbed four. He then insisted I grab a couple more, so I did—6 total. The guy kept talking non-stop, so I didn’t pay close enough attention and when I saw the receipt i noticed I was charged for all of them

Charged me 4$ for a bic lighter and im a neighboring business. and he was even trying to charge me $5... i have a business, and we beat competitors prices just so we don't ever overcharge someone This person went the opposite way. he made an extra 2$ from me, and lost my future business forever over it. congrats, i don't know how you sleep at night charging the community double for a standard lighter. Bic should not allow this awful business to keep price gouging people.
