I love this place! They are so cool and nice and they have great prices! I usually don't go to smoke shops on Ventura Blvd because how expensive and how stuck-up they are, but for this shop I make an exception!! I’ve been a regular customer at this store for a while since it’s close to my home. Despite the fact that they always see me shopping there, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I bought a vape that was broken right out of the box, and when I brought it back the next day, they refused to exchange it—even though the staff recognized me as a frequent customer. On top of that, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. I’ve been harassed by other customers multiple times, with rude comments and stares that made me feel unwelcome. The owner is indifferent and never steps in to address these issues. I won’t be returning to this place again.
