Ive been using Pod Juice Jewel Mint Lush Ice (watermelon) flavor for the past couple years, I found this shop had some in stock , after purchasing a bottle and replacing the pod and coil and filling up with juice I noticed something was off on the flavor, it wasn’t even the right flavor. it was a Strawberry flavor and not watermelon on top of that it has a very weird after taste. I went home to compare it to the old bottle and I noticed the labels are printed different and the color of the juice is allot darker. I’m not sure if they are switching the flavors in the bottles with those that don’t sell or they are just overall fake. Be careful what you buy. Waste of money, i won’t be coming back here again.

ZERO STARS – WARNING TO EVERYONE This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any business. I was quoted one price inside the store, then charged something completely different at the register. When I asked for my money back, the man working there became extremely aggressive instead of fixing the mistake. He told me he “doesn’t need customers because he has money,” and refused to honor the price he originally gave. It got even worse when I left. He followed me outside to my car, approached my window, and acted in a way that made me and my girlfriend feel unsafe. He even made physical contact with my car, repeatedly. Cussing me out and attempted to hit me. No customer should ever be treated like this. They are also selling products that are all fake, and they become hostile the moment you question anything. I’m posting one of the photos I took so people can see exactly what happened. Please be careful and avoid this place. There are plenty of reputable smoke shops that don’t treat customers this way. STAY FAR AWAY

I gotta say you’d be hard pressed to find better service and attention to detail than Aleksandr here at Ventura Smoke Shop! Even at the last minute of the day when they’re probably dying to go home Aleks will still help everyone in the store as if he had just opened up for the day. The fact that this spot’s close to my house is where I say I’m spoiled at this point. Much appreciated to Aleksandr and the guy’s at Ventura Smoke Shop💪

I visited Ventura Smoke Shop and had a great experience. Arman was extremely nice and helpful in assisting me with choosing my new hookah. The prices are very reasonable, and they have a great selection to choose from. I definitely recommend this place
