Great reviews but doesn't open at 7am (particularly on Saturday). Was hoping someone was running late but now it is 7:10 already. Should have just slept in. I have never used this shop but will update review if I am able to stop by while open. (Ynez Rd location)

This place never seems to fail me, every time I come in here, not only do I get great customer service but I also always walk out of here with something that I’m happy with. They have quality products and lots of great Merch. I give these guys five stars check them out sometime and when you stop in say what’s up to Drea, she was really cool and very knowledgeable. The selection here is awesome. The humidor preserves the moisture in the cigars very well. Prices are a little on the high range, but when you consider the selection, moisture content, and everything else, I'd say it's on point. I do wish they had a loyalty program. I'm here a lot and have referred many.

I absolutely love the variety and selection this store has. I will say the staff is always friendly. The only reason for the 3 stars is one day last week I came during opening hours to a sign saying “be back in 15” waited for 30 minutes before they came back. Went back the following week right as opening waited until 7:15am and no one showed up. Not sure what the deal is with consistency on hours but this makes me want to take my business to someone who can be open on time.
