Been here a number of times for specific things. Staff remembers me and is very friendly, even remembers my usual orders. It's honestly crazy, I used to be a regular here with no beard, but I recently grew a massive beard. My own neighbors do not recognize me with facial hair, but the staff here always does. 10/10 customer service

OMG!!!! I have the Smok Nord 6 and the pod with the coils is so hard to find. After missing my call Cole called me right back and did some diligent looking but could not find in stock. Which is okay, I live in Hemet can they don't have any at any shops here. Anyway, she called me back like 10 minutes later saying they are going to order some, she would contact me when they arrived and that she really appreciated the call. I will be using the store for my future vape needs. OH! P.S. she called me back while a customer was in store, asked if she could put the phone down really quickly to check her out and I could hear how polite and kind she was with that customer too!!! COLE YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE DOLL!!!!

This place is Epic! The lady there took so much time with me explaining different options of vapes and cbd. They also have clothing, cigars, incense, jewelry and smokes. What a great place to check out. Highly recommend!

So far so good. With the new law, I wasn't sure what alternatives might be available out there but I got lucky finding Smoke and Dreams. The gentleman working the counter was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and was able to recommend two different vapes that since trying them, have been excellent. I will be returning here again without question. Reasonable prices, great customer service and good location. Thank you so much for your help.
