My recent purchase of Bali Shag cigarette tobacco was quite disappointing. The product I received was extremely dry and appeared to have been sitting on the shelf for far too long. Given its condition, it was clear that the inventory was not being properly rotated, resulting in a subpar smoking experience. When I approached the owner to discuss a potential return or exchange, I was met with resistance. They claimed there was nothing they could do, which further added to my frustration. It's disheartening when a business fails to take responsibility for the quality of the products they sell. As a result of this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing tobacco products from this establishment. The lack of attention to inventory rotation and the likelihood of receiving stale or expired items are major concerns.

I visited this location at 10 PM On Wednesday, August 5th. I originally phone the store to make sure they were open for business and the line was tied up (busy) ; however, the owner called me back within a couple minutes. I proceeded to coming to the store and get my item. The owner was very nice and helpful. Very convenient to be open late during the pandemic. Definitely saved my night!
