I had a horrible experience here and definitely will not be coming back. I tried calling first, but was told the phone was not working. When I arrived, I came through the back and saw employees outside joking around instead of helping customers. I asked if they carried a certain cigar brand, and the employee simply said they did not have it, then walked away without offering any recommendations or showing me similar options. I ended up having to do my own research in the store just to find something I might want. When I finally needed help again, another employee came over and told me he did not speak English, so I asked for the other employee, but he did not seem to understand either. At that point, I just left. The customer service was extremely poor, the cigar selection was disappointing, and nobody seemed interested in actually helping. Not a place I would recommend.

I purchased a cigar from Smoker Gift Shop on June 4, 2025. The following day, when I went to enjoy it at work, I opened the packaging and noticed what appeared to be white and green mold on the cigar. At first, I thought it might be plume, but upon closer inspection, it was clearly green mold — a clear sign of improper storage. When I returned to the shop the next day, I requested a simple exchange, not a refund. However, the employee behind the counter accused me of tampering with the cigar myself. I was taken aback by this unprofessional accusation. Instead of offering any reasonable solution, she denied the exchange and told me I should have brought it back the same day. I don’t expect every cigar to be perfect, but I do expect basic customer service and professionalism. I will not be purchasing any more cigars from this location.

Hands down the best selection in the area. They carry a huge variety of brands and unique items that you can't find elsewhere. The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with high-quality inventory. If you’re looking for options, this is the spot.

These guys are the best! Very friendly, quick service, great hours of operation and plenty of items to choose from! They have something for everyone!
