I love this shop. They have a really cool glass selection that seems to get a little better each time I stop by. Their mod and flavor selection is great, too, and their customer service is usually on point. Great people over there, and I really dig their little stamp cards for flavors.

Do not go here. Rude people. I bought a torch 2 days ago, went to use it and it makes an intense flame like not what one his dsize should it's very dangerous.... He would not return it trade ..he's rather me burn my face off ... No joke.if I knew how to add a post I would ... Don't go there go to any of the other shops on 11th or MacArthur

Buyer Beware. This place does not give refunds for anything. I bought a vape mod-kit. Open it and said nope, this one isn't for me. Tried to refund it. Nope. My fault for not opening it in the store before buying it. The lady behind the counter just said no refunds. I told her I just bought it the day before, never used it - and I just didn't like it. NEVER USED. NO REFUNDS! I asked for the manager/owner (even though he's the one that sold me the mod kit). He wasn't there. $100 wasted. Down the drain. I could have just as easily just gone over and gave them a $100 bill and left. They have zero posted signs about refund policies. Hoping the owner reads this and responds. I'm not in the business of just wasting $100 on merchandise that is useless. Very poor customer service....sad in this day and age.
