Hands down the best smoke shop around!! They have a great selection of products and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However what truly sets them apart from other smoke shops is the staff that work there. From the first time I ever went there almost five years ago to right now everyone who works there is super friendly, helpful, and take a genuine interest in getting to know you on a personal level. They don’t rush you and actually allow you the space and time to check out all the cool stuff they have without pressuring you to purchase something. They are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have and they don’t act annoyed if you don’t end up buying anything that day. I have been to other smoke shops in the area where the staff either ignore you and act as if you are bothering them with your presence or they follow you around the store pressuring you to hurry up and figure out what you want to purchase as if you are interrupting their day. At Z Vape N Discount the staff has always treated me with the upmost respect from day 1 and I have never felt uncomfortable going there. They really make an effort to always provide excellent customer service and as a regular customer they know exactly what I want and often have it ready and waiting at the counter for me as soon as they see my car pull in the lot! You just don’t find that high level of customer service at most businesses nowadays and it’s nice to know that there are still businesses out there who care about their customers and want to give them a personalized experience. I usually do not write reviews so when I do write them it’s definitely because the staff have earned my trust and respect. With so many smoke shops to choose from in every city these guys know what it takes to set them apart from the rest! If you haven’t checked them out you definitely need to!
