Fantastic a little smoke shop in truckee they had cigars. I’m doing cigars among others. Catherine one of the owners was very courteous, greeted me with a smile, and showed me some of the products if you are in Truckee, and in need of cigars or smoking accoutrements try out JL’s smoke shop.

Jim and Catherine ROCK! Best shop in the region. Always a pleasure to drop in and chat with these two. They have great prices and lots to choose from. They got what you're looking for. Go check them out and show them some love.

So we recently visited this smoke shop. The selections was great. The worker there recommended a specific water pipe for us he said it was great we decided on that one. We got home used it for one day it worked decently well. The next day we got it out to use, the roommate pulled the bowl piece out and water started leaking out when he let go of the pipe the whole side piece came off with it! There was hardly any pressure applied when he was doing this it was not in any way our friends fault that the piece fell off. So we called right away to explain the situation at hand. She put the phone down for 20 min and then hung up and would not answer our calls. The next day we called back to her shop, this time I actually got to speak with her. She said that they could not do anything for us she was very rude and super mean. I spent $150 on the water pipe and I believe that her costumer service was unacceptable. I would not buy anything here if you expect to get your moneys worth. If the owner would like to give us some type of compensation then I will gladly remove this post.
