Lady Luck is awesome and has plenty to look at, they even have a little station outside to help you build boards. They have lots of options for everything and always have new product coming in. This Incline Lady Luck has a disco floor that lights up and fur on the roof it is definitely a vibe. I got a skateboard from them not knowing how to set it up at all and they gave me the perfect advice and explained everything to me I need to know being a first time skater. Also I have to mention their cute little goody bags they made for smokers they really always thinks about their customers.

Small but mighty! This store is tiny but has plenty to offer! Souvenirs, clothing skate products, bongs, smoking stuff, and great deals on vapes. This is your one stop shop. The employees are AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and kind! If your in the area you have to stop by!

As a former repeat customer, I won't be returning to Lady Luck due to their non-existent customer service. By their own admission they couldn't care less about customer loyalty, since they're mostly one-offs. After my last Geek Bar stopped functioning within a day, the cashier couldn't offer me any refund or even some kind of discount on my next purchase - he even called the owner to check - talking to her amounted to nothing. He told me they don't care because they sell tons of vapes. Shouldn't that make it easy for them to offer compensation on faulty products to maintain customer loyalty? I went to Higher Elevation and had a much better experience - they said they would at least offer a discount if my vape broke and currently even offer a 10% discount for recycling your used vapes. Pretty happy to have found Higher Elevation after Lady Luck blew it.
