Always the best place to get your hookah supplies. Been buying from John for many many years.. he always looks after his customers. He’s thrown in extras here and there from my time buying from him. Absolutely the best hookah supply vendor for your shisha needs, and also amazing hookahs. He travels very far and does respectful R&D to make sure his hookah products are the best they possibly can be before he sells a product or hookah accessory. John and his team WILL take care of you as he has me all these years.

ordered a case of coals and the entire case was defective. all the coals split in half when they’re lit. i emailed customer service to remedy the situation and still no response months later… i am not able to comment on your response so i had to edit my post. this is not a fake review, ive attached a picture of my order so that wont work… and im not the only one experiencing this, look at the review from Tugrol from 11 months ago, they received the same defective coals. If you check your inbox I sent an email with pictures regarding my the defective coals and never received a response. here’s a picture of the order and the coals split in half.

I've shopped with Hookah John off and on for years now. Despite what other reviews have said, I've never had any negative experiences. John and his team has always been responsive to me. Comparing Hookah John to other competitors, John has been thr most consistent and offered the majority of products I want. When he hasn't the company offered to order the items for me. That is great customer service. Price wise, I have bounced to other competitors due to sales. However on average John still holds the best value overall. The only thing I dislike is titanium coals. They just aren't for me, but that doesn't mean he has a bad business. The plus side is John has skin in the game, he has his own products, which all hut the coals in my opinion is of high quality and value. Hookah John really should be a 4.5 if not 5 star vender but let's be real, most people only share negative experiences. Adding pictures for tax as google seems to like that.

Will never buy from them again , purchased 3 cans of shisha tobacco and some coal received everything damaged oil from 3 dented cans leaked all over the box and coal so when lit it smelled so bad . Contacted customer support got offered $20 toward future order . Placed an order 2 days ago emailed them about the $20 plus about an issue I had about hj10 10% off my order when checking out ,they gave me the $20 and said no about the %10 off promo and that they will offer $5 toward future order smh . Back and forth with customer support they ended up canceling my order without my consent and completely deleting my profile from the website . Customer service at its finest. Thank you 👍🏻
