This place stands out for a reason. The staff is always helpful. I really like this place. They are better than most shops around here, my personal favorite hands down. Nice smoke shop with good prices for just about anything you would want. Everyone I've met that works there are very kind people. Especially the owner. He is the real deal. Their selection and prices are the best in Ukiah that I've seen. Hope this helps someone. They do have everything you would ever expect in a head shop and more. They even have skateboards now. And being a pro skater, it's nice to see. Appreciate the staff. Thanks for your always being helpful to your customers. Cloud 9 also has a very unique oxygen bar as well. Haven't seen one these in quite a while. Only place in Ukiah that has one that I know of. Highly recommended this place. Support your local business, and they won't disappoint.👌

Awesome spot. Has a great selection of anything smoke shop related you might need. It's nicely decorated and clean, best part is that the staff is helpful and nice. 10/10 recommend!

I went in recently to look around at flavored vape options. I was shocked and saddened by the level of rudeness I experienced by the guy that worked there. When I asked questions he rolled his eyes and kept condescendingly making opposite recommendations to me. I left, and I will never be back. Maybe you should work somewhere that doesn’t require you to talk to customers.

The place was jammed pack with all the top brands and flavors. It's the only smoke shop in Mendocino that listens to what their customers actually want and provides it, that is why whenever I am in Ukiah, I make this place a must stop. Go see why!

This place is pretty cool. The guy working at the time (possibly the owner) was really, really kind and knowledgeable. In today's day and age, this is quite nice. I'll definitely be back here when I come back into town.
