This is an convenient place for gas (ARCO) and convenience store located at Sonoma Blvd. Nice employees and reasonably priced items.

I want to do a review today because I haven't seen great customer service like this in a while. Serenity was very helpful she had a smile on her face she was fast efficient and she made sure she called for backup when she needed. She's a keeper

They keep the place clean and garbage picked up… now for the employees very dry personality no character disrespectful… on April 22. They had A out to lunch sign on the doors, for hours and hours in the early A.M… I noticed many customers kept walking up to the door and turned away because of the sign… maybe they were instructed by the manager/owner of the company of the gas station to put this sign up for the safety of the employees. I don’t know.

Nastiest restroom I have ever been in!! There was a puddle of pee on the floor by the urinal. FECAL MATTER on the only roll of toilet paper available in the restrooms. Someone’s hair smeared all over the wall under the hand dryer and absolutely no soap to wash your hands.

Nice employees, however I generally arrive to one of the following issues. 1, no change for large bills. And 2, they never seem to have any of the food ready which every other ampm has. Seems to me the store could easily be a four or five star rating if management maybe got a refresher course or did a little planning ahead. I will update my review if things change
