This is the only smoke shop I go to in Vallejo. I have been going here for several years. The owner is great along with his wife, they are very friendly and customer service oriented. A few years back I bought a 5 foot water pipe. For some reason I couldn't get it over towards my area of town which was Benicia at the time. So his wife brought it over to the Burger King parking lot off of Columbus Parkway in Benicia and I was able to pick up the product there. Now that is customer service. The owner always hooks me up when I go in to get some squares, I usually get to buy the discount carton. Check them out. ps- the negative review, over a phone call? come on, don't be lazy, you know you're in the area frequently, just go in and ask, the place can get quite busy at times, (you're just a hater), gheez.

A family member and myself went from a customer every two days combined to never a customer again. This is due to an incident today Saturday 5-10-25. My family member simply asked to see output of the flame on a lighter. Said flame was much too large and my family member relayed this to the cashier and requested politely to be shown a lighter that had an adjustable flame. Simultaneously my family member noticed two other customers waiting and insisted they be helped first- as the specific lighter my family member needed was not found yet and they did not want to make the other customers wait. After the customers were helped my family member reiterated their request which may I add was the first time they requested to see adjustable lighter options. My family member was met with and I am quoting the cashier verbatim, “you’re wasting our money, I can’t keep clicking the lighters for you!.” My family member was caught off guard as they shop in there very often- my family member responded out of confusion that we shop there very very often. Quoting the cashier again, verbatim “you’re not helping us, we are helping you! You’re the one that smokes! Followed by “leave the store now!.” This review is very long-winded, though I find it necessary and if it helps even one customer from experiencing what my family member experience today then this was worth it.

Great customer service. Friday faces

Such a rude experience. I simply went in to buy a lottery ticket because I was in the shopping center. The store advertises sales of lottery tickets in their store window. When I walked in, the man that was presumably the owner or manager told me, "She will help you." I went to the counter and asked if they sold Fantasy 5 tickets. She said, "What?" I asked again. She asked how many. I said, "Just one, please." She turned to the man, smirked, and said something in another language, gave me my ticket, exchanged money with me. On the way out, the man told me in a very irritated manner to not come back to buy just one ticket because they only make 3 cents and it is not worth it. What? How about, "Good luck!" instead? I can't understand why they sell the tickets in the first place. It's the California Lottery - I will buy one or however many tickets I choose to buy. Good luck to you, buddy.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and provided me with a wealth of supplemental information that assisted me in making my purchase. Very friendly atmosphere, we had a few laughs and I felt good going on about my day. I'm sure I'll be back.
