I recently purchased what was supposed to be quality oil from this smoke shop, but it was clearly oxidized, dark brown in color and tasted absolutely horrible. The employee named Mahin refused to fix the situation at hand in a proper manner but it was his attitude that was the kicker. He argued with me that it wasn’t oxidized, despite the obvious color and bad taste. He wouldn’t even attempt to call the owner, claiming he “wasn’t allowed to.” Instead of trying to resolve the issue or make it right, he was completely unhelpful and argumentative. I was then sent to the Northridge location, where Kimboll works. While he couldn’t refund anything for me either, he was super helpful in every other way. He gave me some of his own juice to try, let me sample his 20 mg which was actually great, and went out of his way to make the situation better. He’s always so sweet, super pleasant, and provides excellent customer service, a complete contrast to Mahin. Kimboll is a great worker. No help from the first location, though. Extremely disappointing experience overall with Mahin. I would not recommend this shop (or at least this employee) to anyone looking for fair treatment or fresh products. Save your money and go elsewhere, Grumpy’s Smoke Shop on Reseda Blvd (at Bassett St, north of Victory) is phenomenal. The owner Eric is great.

Absolutely love the staff here! We always run into the same team members when we visit on Sundays. We've been going to 2 Bros for a good two years. The staff is always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable whether it's in the store or over the phone. We're always greeted with a smile when we walk in, too. Everyone is. Excellent customer service. They have the best prices in the city. We know this because we moved further away and still drive out. They always have a huge variety of products available, too. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this smoke shop is TOP TIER. If Ten Stars was an option they would deserve it. Ty helped me out. I just recently started going there but I was treated like I spent THOUSANDS already. His patience was beyond words. I forgot something and had to go back inside. After a very brief interaction with the owner I see that the stellar customer service starts at the top. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed. 💯
