I wish I could leave No stars . Have spent $100’s here bought my boyfriend a knife as a gift. the girl didnt check it and I don’t know about knives, when I gave it to my boyfriend he noticed that it wiggles and wont lock. The owner was beyond rude and said he would not exchange it. I wasn’t even asking for my money back. I was going to just get another one, but he said he will not exchange it because I could’ve done something to it. I came back within an hour or two made sure to come back the same day.. horrible customer service and now I’ll take my business elsewhere to the many other smoke shops. Their stuff must be a little cheaper because it’s bad quality. It wasn’t the girl that was working fault I’m more thrown off by the owner being so rude and not exchanging a $20 knife, not exchanging a vape makes sense but a knife he should honor his products.
