I attempted to visit this establishment at 8:00 PM, but the experience was highly unprofessional. The door was locked behind a security gate, and I was greeted by an employee who was inappropriately dressed wearing only underwear, with no shoes or socks. Being asked to conduct a transaction through a cage felt sketchy and far from the premium experience one expects when purchasing cigars. I won't be returning.

Best place in town , I shop only here !

Staff is very helpful have what u are looking for in stock

Wow…good selection on cigars but customer service blows. Can’t freely move around the cigar humidor because unopened boxes everywhere due to employee on their phone and didn’t even greet me. When paying for it, he didn’t even look me in the eyes and was on a call were watching a video. Meh
