Smokers Castle has new ownership. They are rebuilding inventory and at reasonable prices. It has a new coat of paint and artwork on walls. A great 65 inch UHD tv as well. Its HUGE. There is new hours as well. They open at 5pm during the week (sometimes earlier) and are open till 8 or 9pm, customer dependent. On weekends opening at noon till 9 or so on Saturdays and at least 6pm on Sundays. A great place to go for a cigar after work during the week for good conversation or to just chill. You got to go try it, nothing fancy although i understand new hardwood floors are going in soon. There is also plans for functions and events. I'll probably be there, see you soon.

Definitely not your usual smoke shop. Two wide screen TVs honed-in on sports, comfy sofas and chairs - on Friday evenings, the best party in Ventura - and the place is packed. On special weekends, I've walked into a downhome tri-tip barbecue! Did I mention they have an excellent selection of cigars and pipe tobaccos? Well, there ya go! The fellows who operate the shop are super-friendly and knowledgable. I've inquired about various pipe tobacco blends - and been gifted with a free ounce to see how I like it. Who does this?? Smokers' Castle does. The shop is reminiscent of Southern California "Head Shops" in the 1960s & '70s - laid back and mellow. Good Vibrations all around. A great place to buy your smoke of choice and hang out with a great bunch of customers. Why are you still reading this? Go . . . . GO!

Only open 6 hrs a day if you lucky !!! Not a very good selection and the cigars are dry a lot of the time. I wish Ventura had a good cigar shop other than a corner smoke and pipe shop !!!

A great place to find and enjoy a good cigar. Staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. If you are looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a cigar this is the place.

This is a nice cozy spot good small pick selection of cigars. Quinn helped me out a lot very nice owners.
