Awful service. In fact, I never even got the chance to be a customer. I walked in intending to buy incense, a diffuser, wraps, and sunglasses. While I was browsing, an older woman repeatedly hovered over me, invading my personal space and asking unnecessary questions. "Which glasses do you like? You like this one?" I politely responded, "Listen, I don't know yet, but I can help myself. Thank you." She ignored that and continued: "Which one? Which one?" It felt like she was trying to rush me out of the store. I've never felt so uncomfortable while shopping. I had to stop her again and repeat, "I can help myself." She laughed, walked about five feet away, and then stood there staring directly at me. It felt like she had already judged me and was treating me like a thief without knowing a thing about me. I've never felt so disrespected in a store. I left and took my business to Wild Side Smoke Shop, where I normally shop. The staff there let customers browse without being watched or harassed. I wanted to give this closer shop a chance, but that experience changed my mind completely. And to the woman working there, if you're reading this: didn't anyone teach you that staring is rude? Judging people based on appearance is even worse. I was polite and respectful from the moment I walked in. Save yourself the uncomfortable experience and go to Wild Side instead.

Very good place!!! Best in town actually!!

I purchased a cigar cutter from the female owner or manager and the blade was so dull that it damaged my $15 cigar. I brought it back and explained what happened and she informed me that they don't offer refunds but took it back and gave me another one of the same dull ones as before. A totally unacceptable business practice. Please think twice about supporting this store. If you have a problem with their merchandise you will be out of luck having them stand by their products.

Sam’s is a hidden treasure. They have everything, never overcrowded, never overpriced. Great vibes, the guys are always happy to talk to you and give recommendations. The best lighters and incense, too!! My personal favorite smoke shop. I Don’t need or even want to go anywhere else, they are the best!!

Everyone who works here is so incredibly helpful and friendly, including their adorable sweet dog Freya. I was visiting from out of town and they had everything I needed for my vape and were super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop!
