I specifically requested only discounted items, but the associate included full-price items without disclosing it. After discovering the discrepancy on my receipt in the parking lot, I went back inside to return them. Despite the employee's dishonesty, management blamed me and refused to rectify the situation. These people have no integrity and are comfortable deceiving customers. Buyer beware; this was completely unprofessional behavior. Update since the "owner" responded: It's been 6 days since the "owner's response". I use quotes because this is clearly a bot responding to me. I've called the location, they said they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to help me. I submitted a customer service ticket 6 days ago to your website and no one from your company has responded even though the website said you respond within 24 hours. If you're a potential customer reading this, just avoid these people. Marijuana is a flooded market in California and you can easily find people that aren't looking to rip you off and will actually try to fix issues if they ever occur. Stiiizy is not one of those companies, avoid at all costs.

don't go here ever, i say this as a warning. the staff loveee to flirt with married people and people in relationships, so be aware. there is one particular employee at this location who has been doing this for literally years, and both the staff and management are fully aware of it yet continue to let it happen. i've been going here for 3 years and this employee has repeatedly flirted with my wife even though she is well aware that we're in a long-term relationship. it has happened numerous times when my wife has gone in alone, and it makes both of us extremely uncomfortable every single time. this isn't a one-time misunderstanding or something i'm assuming. i've personally experienced this behavior repeatedly over the span of 3 years. my wife recently went in alone while i waited in the car (i was temporarily disabled), and the worker flirts with my wife and asks "where is your girl i haven't seen her. are you two still together?" how incredibly inappropriate! and it's not just us. i've had staff members tell me they've seen this same employee flirt with other customers, staff, and even management. i've also personally seen another woman come into the store complaining about this same employee flirting with her husband. so clearly this is not some isolated situation. what makes this even more disgusting is that management has been told about it MULTIPLE times. i've reached out to multiple managers at this location and nothing has been done. they won't even give me the employee's first name so i can formally report her to stiiizy support. at this point, this is both an employee problem AND a management problem. if management knows an employee repeatedly makes customers uncomfortable and continues to do nothing about it, they're enabling the behavior. i've been going here for years and i'm genuinely disgusted by how this has been handled. be aware of this location and the behavior that management apparently has no interest in correcting.

I went into stiizy a few days ago and the staff is great. Super nice. Very knowledgeable about what I need and offered great suggestions. Shea was awesome and I’ll definitely be back. She gave me great advice and service and I left feeling happy. Thanks shea!
